We are experienced in working with communities, arts organisations, social enterprises and local authorities to develop briefs for sites, spaces and neighbourhoods. We work strategically with clients to identify the best way to improve their estates and make good use of existing assets. We advise on project feasibility, identifying opportunities, assessing risks and developing strategies for change and improvement. As accredited RIBA Client Advisers we have developed design briefs for design competitions for housing, public space and public buildings.
